Perfect size, taste and nutrition. I use the Whole Wheat, Cinnamon Spice and Roasted Onion. HOWEVER, it is Very frustrating to try and eat a bagel that has been pre-sliced Unevenly. Leaving, most of the time, a tiny little bagel top and huge bottom. I would give the bagels a 5-star rating if only Western would STOP PRE-SLICING their Alternative Bagels.
