Our bagels are produced in a way that is 100% vegan. There is no contact with animal products, and no animal products are used in the production of our bagels. The only way animals get involved if your dog happens to steal a bagel off your plate. (We don’t blame the dogs. Bagels are tasty.)

Even a small amount of non-kosher substances can render kosher food into not-kosher food. That’s why we maintain strict kosher processes. Our facility is regularly checked by a third party kashrut supervision agency. When you purchase a Western Bagel product, you can be assured you’re received a kosher product.
